Jeff’s love of photography began while working on his high school yearbook staff. He was principal photographer for his junior and senior year, responsible for capturing images of student life, sports and anything else interesting. During this period, he also developed an interest in concert photography and photojournalism. He was offered a photography internship with the local paper, an opportunity that dropped him into the thick of a bank robbery on day one. His primary interest eventually settled on concert photography, starting with a Kenny Loggins / Firefall show in North Carolina, circa 1979. He also enjoys travel and culinary photography.

Over the past 40+ years, Jeff has carried his camera throughout the U.S., as well as 13 foreign countries, capturing images along the way. His work has been featured in websites, magazines, newspapers and other publications around the world. He has also been fortunate enough to meet many interesting and sometimes famous folks, gaining a few new friends along the way. Jeff has authored several books on photography which can be found on Amazon.com.

Jeff worked as house photographer for Ruth Eckerd Hall and The Capitol Theatre from 2009-2023. He has also worked as a tour photographer for rock band Firefall and pop/jazz artist Dave Muse.
