A quick Internet search for “real estate photographer” will yield dozens of results offering a multitude of options. While spending $400 - $1,000 on highly-edited images, video tours, virtual staging and aerial photographs may make sense for a $1,000,000 listing, it may not be the right choice for an average 3/2 home listed at $290,000. However, ALL listings deserve to be presented in the best light possible.

Real Estate Image Packages

Residential and commercial projects accepted. Service area limited to Pinellas County, Pasco County (south of New Port Richey) and Hillsborough County (west of the Tampa International Airport). Projects outside of this area accepted with negotiated travel costs included.

This package includes high resolution aerial images of your listing. We strive to provide as many images as possible, but may be limited by trees, landscaping, neighboring homes or other obstructions.

About Our Packages

  • Our packages include only still images. Capturing or editing video footage must be discussed in advance will be billed separately.

  • All of our packages include image processing to enhance any features and offer the best-looking photo possible at no extra charge.

  • As required by the MLS, we provide a single-use license to utilize the images provided for purposes of marketing / listing a property for sale or lease. Images may not be used in multiple transactions, transferred, sold or provided for any other use without written authorization and additional license purchase from Jeff O’Kelley Photography.

  • Internet-optimized images will be provided via an online gallery for download at your convenience.

  • Package pricing is quoted “per location”, not square footage of the home.

  • While other companies promise 50, 60 or even more photos of any listing, we feel that this is just a marketing ploy. We will provide whatever number of images is appropriate to fully present the property. For a small condo this may only be 15-20 whereas a large single family home may require many more. Whatever the number, you can be sure we will fully present the entire property.

Why are we different from the competition?

  • Jeff O’Kelley Photography is based in Palm Harbor, Florida. We are NOT a big, nationwide entity. HIRE LOCALLY.

  • Jeff is a FAA-licensed (Part 107) sUAS (Certificate #4138540) Remote Pilot, as required by federal law for all commercial drone operations. Hiring an unlicensed pilot for your project could result in fines and/or other liability issues for you. Check the status of anyone claiming to be a licensed pilot via the FAA website.

  • We limit our service area to a small geographic region to ensure we can provide quick turnaround times for your orders.

  • We can offer “Same Day” turnaround on most package orders within a limited geographic area*.

* Projects more than 15 miles from Palm Harbor may require more time to complete. The operation of drones is regulated by the FAA and state laws. These laws, as well as weather conditions, can sometimes delay image delivery. If this occurs, we will notify you as quickly as possible to set your expectation for delivery.
